What are some of the best things about your team?It feels friendly and low pressure. Everybody is very nice but we still get work done. You can reach out to anyone for help and get it with no judgement
What are some of the best things about your team?Our team, like most teams at Team Velocity, is highly collaborative, which makes work fun and keeps us motivated.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?The culture at team velocity is young, fresh, collaborative, welcoming and supportive. It's a true family spirit around the office.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?More inclusive. You are either with the in crowd or you are ignored.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They have great ideas, but too many directional changes
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Starting salaries are very low and dont increase very often or by very much. Hard to imagine a future at theis company simply because it is ptobably not financially responsible to remain woth this company if you have opportunities elsewhere
