Not sure. It used to be the placement bonus, but that's more random than it used to be.

The people I got to interview with were able to talk honestly to me and without bias or marketing spin.

The people I get to work with are amazing and care about what they do and the people they do it for.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The genuine things with students are the best, but anything with the larger company seems to always fall flat or feel fake.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It isn't okay to use vacation most of the year. Vacation goes away if you don't use it by the end of the year. Management puts a lot of mandatory things during times when people would take vacations.
