My experience has been rewarding, fulfilling, challenging, and intense (I say both 'challenging' and 'intense' in a GOOD way where I have experienced growth as an employee and person).
What would you most like to see improved at your company?
I would like a simpler bonus structure. The structure currently in place is OK, but kind of convoluted and can get very confusing.
What do you like best about your company?
The company culture is top-notch! I love getting up every morning and going to my job where I work with confident, competent, and kind people.
What makes you most happy at work?
Working alongside my peers/coworkers as well as interacting with the students we serve make me the happiest in my work. I love the people-centered, human-centric approach of Tech Elevator.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team consists of some of the kindest, most passionate, and brilliant people I could ask for. It feels like everyone is deeply connected through our deep belief for our company values.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I appreciated the speed with which I was communicated during my interview process. I felt like I was always in the loop of my status and my emails/questions were always quickly addressed.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
As a former educator, my favorite part of my compensation package is the compensation itself-- this is the first time I feel like I have been paid my worth and been paid appropriately for the work I do.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that the leadership team is so dynamic. Our leaders are constantly evolving to do what is best for the students, employees, and the communities we serve. "We've always done it this way," is never a phrase leaned on, but rather, as an employee, I am asked, "How can we better improve?"
