The leadership team really listens and takes action when we need support or changes made. Even though we are a big team, they keep things individualized and flex to some of my specific needs (work schedule, family, balance) and aren't rigid or too "corporate" with policies, etc..
I really love the teams at TechFabric. Everyone is skilled and super collaborative. The culture is all about team cohesion and collaboration so all the teams are dedicated, enthusiastic and supportive. My team is super diverse/global and so we get differing ideas which leads to better solutions!
Hands down the team collaboration, diversity and overall spirit/attitude. Everyone is serious about their work and brings their "A-game" but at the same time it is fun and exciting. I also love that TF isn't just about "diversity" they really champion it and the cohesion of global teams is amazing.
I have a family so the fact that the company pays 70% of health benefits and allows me to flex my schedule as needed makes a big difference in my day-to-day life. My salary is in a good place and definitely competitive, but I have to admit the flexibility matters a lot.
Management drives a supportive, "hand raise" culture. I can always reach out to team members, leads or managers and get the help I need. They always encourage feedback and "making things better" rather than "just get it done". The culture here is one of the big reasons I love working at TF.
