Meeting timelines make me feel accomplished. Helping team members with the questions / open items gives me satisfaction to close out some of the loops.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There is positive affirmation from the leaders. Mentorship and guidance from team leads is very much appreciated. Empathy and promoting positive culture is a great virtue here at Tech Fabric!!
