Good culture and great staff. Would like to see more focus on the strategies and goals of the organization. I feel sometimes we are too reactive to what the competitive landscape is doing. This is understandable seeing that we continue to grow and refine processes, strategies, and goals.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
It is a very respectful and diverse culture. Everyone brings a wealth of knowledge, experience, skills, and ideas to the table.

They do a great job with business development and client engagement. They align initiatives and directives with the strategies and goals of the organization
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Not complaining it's just my salary isn't entirely commensurate with my title. But the ability to work remotely and have flexibility in my schedule helps fill the gap.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very easy to work with and shows emotional intelligence when project difficulties and opposite opinions arise. My teammates are always willing to jump in and help out where extra effort is needed.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I like that the culture and environment doesn't cause stress. Thanks to MS Teams I can address things on my own time instead of being interrupted or distracted by those with an agenda. Time management is made easy this way.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like that they are helping the organization grow but not taking flexibility out of my schedule and ability to work remotely away. Don't drink the "Return to Office" Kool-aid. I'm way more productive in my comfortable environment and collaborate at a higher level digitally.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We have Teams, Miro, and all the other digital collaboration tools down to a science. Even though we work in all parts of the globe it often feels like we are in individual offices down the hall. Lov it. I like that people respect others time
What makes you most happy at work?
I like the ability to work from home. I'd rather spend extra time improving my work, and skills, and going the extra mile than sitting on the freeway in traffic. I like digital interaction and collaboration. Remote working allows me to focus more without the distractions of office environments.
