I think the most positive thing is how readily I can get assistance if needed. Everyone is always ready and willing to assist.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love the people and the feeling of kinship I get from. I also love the diversity of having team members all over the world with so many unique perspectives. Always learning which makes me happy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I really like how the leadership team listens to the team. We are a big team but I still feel like an individual and not just a line item on the P&L. They also accommodate my personal life's needs for flexibility.
