Inclusivity. At TechFabric, I speak for everyone that we all feel included in all aspects whether it's activities, seminars, discussions, or even events.

Team members are skilled and driven. They understand the requirements at hand and go above and beyond to accomplish the goals needed for their projects.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
TechFabric promotes inclusivity and diversity across the company. The company is known for working with the team members to provide a safe, comfortable, fun, and exciting environment to work in.
What makes you most happy at work?
The go above and beyond initiatives on leadership, HR, and even team members part when working through a difficult task. Making sure there are no corners cut but also working as efficiently as possible.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonuses. As part of an annual raise, it's given as an addition for the hard work and keeping up with client relationships. It is also dependent on meeting your monthly budget which is a good way to see if the company has reached their targeted goals for that project.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership understands the software and agency world extremely well. They also understand that no team member is perfect. They chime in where help is needed and never makes it feel like it's all on you. They understand the roles really well and go above and beyond to accommodate team member's needs.
