What do you like best about the leadership team?
Refreshing vision and focus on growth without compromising values.
Bossy, they want things their way.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, accountability and ownership needs to be significantly revamped
everything. its totally broken throughout.
There is a lack of planning! Activities are done ad hoc. Broken appraisal system, with people unwilling to work filling the higher bands, productive juniors denied promotion. Teams work for more than 10 hours often and often on weekends.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
stock option, bonus, medical cover
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tangible value contribution based targets and achievements based compensation will assist me in my monetary aspirations.
Lack of transparency in incentives
Because I'm working through a third party and i feel things would have been better if i have a direct contract
Compensation not as per the market, the more you stay, the more you lag.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Use time more wisely, focus more on customers
Employees are focused on 'clocking time' rather than the productivity. And then there are fellows that care about neither.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
People gel easily, good infrastructure.

Culture needs to be more positive

Role oriented interview. There is focus on candidate's decision making, critical reasoning and respect for candidate's past work and future aspirations.
quick, friendly, easy going and chatty
Depends on the interviewer, sometimes tough otherwise they just need to fill the position.

Interviewers need to know the subject

To learn new things and grow as a person and professional alongside likeminded members with shared vision
