Transparency, accountability and ownership needs to be significantly revamped

There is a lack of planning! Activities are done ad hoc. Broken appraisal system, with people unwilling to work filling the higher bands, productive juniors denied promotion. Teams work for more than 10 hours often and often on weekends.
Tangible value contribution based targets and achievements based compensation will assist me in my monetary aspirations.
