What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Transparency, accountability and ownership needs to be significantly revamped
everything. its totally broken throughout.
There is a lack of planning! Activities are done ad hoc. Broken appraisal system, with people unwilling to work filling the higher bands, productive juniors denied promotion. Teams work for more than 10 hours often and often on weekends.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Tangible value contribution based targets and achievements based compensation will assist me in my monetary aspirations.
Lack of transparency in incentives
Because I'm working through a third party and i feel things would have been better if i have a direct contract

Use time more wisely, focus more on customers
Employees are focused on 'clocking time' rather than the productivity. And then there are fellows that care about neither.
