Going out with some of my coworkers to outings.
Morale in the office needs to change as does leaders. Cut the drama and gossip! someone that actually cares about seeing people succeed. Here's a secret: if you want your team to be successful at their job (& to make more money for yourself), make sure that you are actually a good leader to them
New management. Also an HR department would be nice.
