What do you like best about the leadership team?
VP genuinely wants everyone to succeed
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and keeping the drama outside of the office. The "leaders" in the phoneix and denver office do not care to see you succeed and won't do anything to help you either. They will trash talk you behind your back and pick favorites.
Its a joke, It's all politics and if you know someone in the company. No help, only care about themselves

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The inappropriate behavior by those in leadership positions here is always excused by corporate. They will always have an excuse for them or sweep it under the rug because they make them money. They over work you with little to no help then reprimand you if you make any mistakes.
Techusa is one of the worst places to work at. It's great a job out of college, because its a fun environment, meet new people and learn new skill sets. Every week employees get fired, its all about numbers. How is it the recruiters fault if your sales person cant give you jobs to work on.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They work well together and communicate well
The only good thing that came out of working here was that i met some pretty great people.
My team communicates pretty well with each other but no matter how much we try to address our issues as a team we are ignored or snapped at.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The culture itself is good
Going out with some of my coworkers to outings.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Morale in the office needs to change as does leaders. Cut the drama and gossip! someone that actually cares about seeing people succeed. Here's a secret: if you want your team to be successful at their job (& to make more money for yourself), make sure that you are actually a good leader to them
New management. Also an HR department would be nice.
What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fast and effective
The interview process was phone interview, in person interview and then a shadow following one of Tech USA recruits. Process was simple and easy. Come to find out later they only want to hire you if you are attractive regardless of your knowledge and skills.
Response time was very quick.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Unprofessional account managers running recruiters out of that office. The turnover rate is INSANE. they convince these poor people that this is a great opportunity just to have them come in for a few months then leave because of how terrible it is to work here.
It feels like any day can be your last
