TechSoup has the best culture of anywhere I have every worked. Leadership is quick to recognize hard work, and everybody is driven towards the goal of changing the world for good.
TechSoup is by far the best place I've worked in terms of places committed to staff wellbeing and satisfaction. The culture and staff are collaborative, diverse, respectful, open-minded, and passionate.
the name should be StoneSoup - the technological infrastructure and basic business knowledge and practices are from the Stone Ages.
