the name should be StoneSoup - the technological infrastructure and basic business knowledge and practices are from the Stone Ages.

There isn't any leadership, they live in their own bubble of delusion and ego.

The HR department has no leadership, direction, or innovation. Whatever the current trend is, they just try an apply it at TechSoup to see if it works. Clueless.
