Insurance is very expensive and there are almost no perks, swag, food, etc.

a complete turnover of upper level management and a focus on making money vs spending money on vanity projects
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
The HR department has no leadership, direction, or innovation. Whatever the current trend is, they just try an apply it at TechSoup to see if it works. Clueless.
