Doing a good job and receiving recognition for dedication. Great coworkers and mentors could also help.

More positivity and mutual collaboration. Need better communication on expectations. Feed back is welcome, but must be delivered respectfully.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
More positive collaboration in the office. There is little to no "friendship" felt amongst coworkers. Could benefit from team bonding.
