The leadership team takes feedback seriously and actively manages any problems or inquiries that arise.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The environment at work is highly collaborative and interconnected. We work across different departments to help each other if needed and everyone is willing to help each other. No one walks around acting like they are above any type of task.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team members have different personalities and interests, which allows different perspectives to be expressed in the workplace, providing a welcoming environment. I enjoy that many team members are aligned on our company's mission, collaborating at a high level to achieve shared goals.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The group Fitness Reimbursement is very nice, and encourages activity to take place outside of the gym if an employee prefers to be active in other ways. The 401(k) match program is structured well also, as it incentivizes employees to contribute more to their future.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy at work when my team and I are succeeding together. If we fail, we fail together and work to understand what we did wrong so that we can learn together. I am happy to see a strong culture among coworkers leading to friendships in and outside of work, and a strong network across BUs.
