Salary and Bonus. Wish we had stock incentives and Paternity/Maternity leave. It's crazy we don't honestly

Investing in High Performers. And listening to those below them like they were their peers. THAT is why I stay
What makes you most happy at work?
Flexibility. I love this company, but if you take that away, I am gone. But I don't want that to happen. My kids and time with them drive me here.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Dinners/Travel to meet. Putting faces to names. And I am starting to pulls brands together as much as I can to spread learnings/knowledge. We don't do that well as a company
