They communicate and keep me informed on the mission and goals. We talk about how we're going to get there as a team.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The 401K match is great. The medical plan also has options to satisfy my needs as well. I'm comfortable with the package we have.
What makes you most happy at work?
I am most happy when I get my work done successful and employees are paid correctly. I enjoy being a part of team projects as well.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is very collaborative and we work well together. We talk through issues and define the best way to tackle them. If something is not completely understood, we take the time to ensure all members are on the same page. It's an open forum to ask questions.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We take care and watch out for each other. My group is like a family to me. If something is going on with another team member, we all jump in to help support that person. It may require extra effort on our part, but we get it done and no one complains. We support each other.
