Techniq is a very toxic company. Owners and management don't trust their employees and treat them like trash. Employees get called out at morning meetings. There are a lot of favorites and management loves to pit people against each other. The most unprofessional place I've ever worked.

Get over yourself and mind your own business.

Treat people like people. Take some classes on management and learn people skills.

Stop being so picky. It's not the people that you hire but the so called "values" of the company.
