What do you like best about the leadership team?
I always feel included in team decisions. Many learning opportunities.
Opportunities given for career advancement teaching employees company knowledge and learning about processes, procedures, assembly, and new products .
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Treat people like people. Take some classes on management and learn people skills.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
The health benefits and vacation/PTO time.
Excellent medical, dental , vision and 401K.

Try and look interested in the person you are talking to.
Stop being so picky. It's not the people that you hire but the so called "values" of the company.
