Im not part of thr 86% of the mexican family that is employed... im part of the 16%. Then even lowrr after that

I worked here only some month till now, but I don't see well-defined career path in place

Tecta america is a nepotism company favors formans a lot.. your Forman can be late call off and make you miss work because they have personal issues, if you as the helper are late or have personal issues they write you up and the Forman doesn’t get wrote up.. yet to earn full check do to probl

If I was evaluated on a 3-6 month bases and was given raises when suppose too

Just watching someone make more money doing less work when ibsee other construction company paying there workers better I love going to work but I need to be able to feed my family too

Can laugh together without getting upset

Hard workers know when to have fun and can laugh everyday makes it that much better to work around
