- Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?We should be paid for the extra hours we put in!
- What does the leadership team need to get better at?They need to hire more people and reduce the workload!
- What's going wrong and how can it be improved?The company is completely incompetent and poorly managed. You are required to work a few extra hours after or before your shift without compensation. Worst part about the company is the CEO playing the role of god, he is extremely paranoid, can do whatever he wants
