What is the best part about your compensation package?
The PTO program and retirement plan.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
$14 an hour is not fair anywhere in the world.
No benefits at all. No paid vacations. $14 per hour? Not fair for a "management" position.
What are some of the best things about your team?
There's a lot of teamwork. All the goals are transparent, so everyone knows what everyone else is doing.

Company events; friendly co-workers make it enjoyable. I'm always learning something new.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Overworked but underpaid. Worst experience ever.
Toxic atmosphere. Obsolete software sold as an AI solution.
