What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are human beings. sometimes
It's a global team with a variety of skill sets
They don't judge and are kind
They really care about their people. When I experienced the loss of a family member this year I felt so looked after and am so grateful for the support I received.

Listen to the staff, they are your biggest asset!

We don't have any henefits yet
Bonuses are paid fairly each quarter.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
A 1%-3% increase year on year is not worth it at all

The team has some lovely and supportive people
