What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
I think the company cares about health and adding a positive eating destination for the community.
What did you like most about the interview process?
I felt respected by the hiring manager and I was excited to learn more about the company.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I think coworkers can be mean to each other. An even more nice and supportive environment would be nice.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The managers are very nice and respectful. Working at Tender Greens makes me feel like part of an important team.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I believe the company could pay us more. It gets very busy sometimes but, I don't see the money I make the money reflected in my paycheck.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
It would be great to have more creative freedom at work. I always thought it would be cool if employees could more easily move up to chef positions and create recipes.
