it was good everyone was nice

Terrible work environment!! I will not recommend anybody looking for a job to apply to tender greens. At this company they do not care about their employees' health. I know several people that worked at the company that we received hives and allergic reaction and management did nothing.

This company has turned into a soulless husk. Its not what it used to be and everyday is agony. They cannot retain workers because they refuse to pay a true living wage. They are a California based company, they know how expensive it is here and don't care. Most of the food isn't even made in house

Some employers work as a team and some dont there's allot of Favoritism.

The managers are very nice and respectful. Working at Tender Greens makes me feel like part of an important team.

Leadership needs to be more fair with employees and not show favoritism between staff members.

Yes but unfortunately we were not treated the best

I just got covid and i had 24:30 hours they sid home office was gonna cover my sick pay . I received my paycheck . And i made the math and it dosent add up

If I had a better partner to help me and they were more organized, I would have a better experience at work

A true living wage ,not minimum wage "plus tips" full medical and dental benefits for all employees, and not some cheap bargain plan only available for full time employees. Most of us aren't eligible. Paid time off, and the occasional "thanks everyone" would go a long way

I think coworkers can be mean to each other. An even more nice and supportive environment would be nice.

The supervisors are good leaders and know how to treat employees.

Changing management to someone who does with hold pay

I use to love to come in to work . But now i get anxiety. We have employes who drink on the job while working .

That I get to learn and have potential in growing

UCI. Location. Terrible place to work. All Tender Greens care about is making money. They do not care about their employees.

It would be great to have more creative freedom at work. I always thought it would be cool if employees could more easily move up to chef positions and create recipes.
