Amazing - good work life balance. Great management team
Mechanical tests, tool understanding tests, basic layout understanding testing. All BEFORE someone new even gets the chance to be brought out onto the production floor.
Way too much emphasis on electronic tracking of employees vs making a decent product to sell. The quality of the equipment has dropped dramatically for the price they charge. The service representative is very low on the pile, but yet, that's where the company income is generated...
