Fair and reasonable, listen to employees

Other techs are friendly and helpful. Most days are spent running a territory alone.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hybrid schedule and work from home
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need new physical environment (outdated buildings and offices) and more contemporary remote worker practices
What did you like most about the interview process?
Efficient and focused. Great communication
Straight forward and to the point about the role of my position
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Mechanical tests, tool understanding tests, basic layout understanding testing. All BEFORE someone new even gets the chance to be brought out onto the production floor.
What makes you most happy at work?
The environment, office setting and value
Our company has evolved over 147 years. We are realistic that our company will continue to evolve and we do our best to evolve with it.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Not a good enough product for the cost.
