Not pay but proffit sharing

The pay is really good

Not spectacular like a Google but very competitive.

The profit sharing plan is a great part of working here at this time.

Competitive and agility and strong leadership from management

I believe Teradyne is always looking to improve the culture and what they provide their employees. Stock availability is awesome.

Better bonus structure and long-term comp.
