What do you like best about the leadership team?
Organized, respectful and very inclusive
Many employees are "lifers" - they begin working at Teradyne and either retire as a Teradyne employee or have longevity in excess of 10 years - that is a testament to the leadership team.

Its clear they make an effort to communicate however they don't seem to mind wasting your time
They push you to be better by recommending skills to learn and helping you attain them
They are forward thinking and listen to ideas.

Stating the obvious when they mess up

Not pay but proffit sharing
The pay is really good
Not spectacular like a Google but very competitive.
The profit sharing plan is a great part of working here at this time.
