It's obvious that the delivery department is disproportionately responsible for keeping customers happy, but we are treated like the scum of the earth compared to leadership and those who have been at the company since day 1. We're basically pacified with benefits, and given insultingly low pay.
The company says they regularly measure the market value of the pay when in reality they only do so to make sure they stay in the bottom 10%. We're not paid fairly for the quality and quantity of work we do. Especially in entry-level positions.
