What do you like best about the leadership team?
Executive leadership is very transparent with their decision-making and are regularly looking for employee input and feedback
The executive team is transparent and always looking to improve. They support the professional and personal lives of their employees, as well as their community.
Mac and Pat do a great job of listening and responding to feedback and staying transparent with their decision-making.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. The product, the way they present it, and how they relay changes to their company. Stop shady practices.
Actual transparency. Actual innovation, not repackaging what the industry has been doing for years with a shiny new name. Hiring people from outside who know what actual marketing is. Replacing lifers with new blood.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Regular, bi-annual compensation adjustment opportunities

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
It's obvious that the delivery department is disproportionately responsible for keeping customers happy, but we are treated like the scum of the earth compared to leadership and those who have been at the company since day 1. We're basically pacified with benefits, and given insultingly low pay.
The company says they regularly measure the market value of the pay when in reality they only do so to make sure they stay in the bottom 10%. We're not paid fairly for the quality and quantity of work we do. Especially in entry-level positions.

Everyone at Terakeet looks to help others, whether it's through mentoring, training, or personal support
Everyone is passionate and engaged, but also flexible to support co-workers when needed. Collaboration is key at Terakeet.
