Greedy, much more job to do at same money. Understand, more work, but not for same money. All employees are only numbers for head office. They don't care much about people work for them.

Better pay and more staff

Doing more and more for less and less

What make me feel better ? Change employer, or maybe at least store to different one.

A pay boost inline with expected inflation. There is a cost of living crisis and the CEO is taking home millions in bonuses when he already makes millions in basic pay, we are lucky to make ends meet on the other hand

Not a lot, everything is very fake, will put signs on the wall about kindness and respect while none is shown

Retrain old staff or get rid off as reputation effected & customers not happy

The customers are very nice, you get to know them, can have a chat, for some it's the only company they get, feels like family and friends!
