What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communicating and interacting with shopfloor staff and understanding how they feel rather than criticising them behind their back to other people
Protecting staff, treating as humans not robots
Even worse they think everyone is happy
Managing people and running the distribution centre
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Better pay and more staff
Doing more and more for less and less
What make me feel better ? Change employer, or maybe at least store to different one.
A pay boost inline with expected inflation. There is a cost of living crisis and the CEO is taking home millions in bonuses when he already makes millions in basic pay, we are lucky to make ends meet on the other hand
i would love a bit more pay

Understanding that we are a business and trying to work together to achieve objectives the best we can despite the pressure put on us
Stop breaking the rules. Stop bullying new colleagues
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Retrain old staff or get rid off as reputation effected & customers not happy
