What does the leadership team need to get better at?Inability to recognize, reward and retain talent. Unable to accept anyone with different views. Only care about investors at the end of the day. Short sited and too busy and important to lead and foster talent.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?Underpaid and overworked. Company finds creative solutions to lower your salary. Like taking 15% out of your base pay and allowing you to earn it back as a bonus.
