test IO Compensation Employee Reviews

What is the best part about your compensation package?

It's fair and I'm appy

I earn enough to live comfortably in a world-class city.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?

I feel like Team Leaders are trained to spot any little mistake one makes in order to reject their bugs, but they do not offer guidance and constructive criticism or give testers any opportunity to fix their mistakes. This results in very low pay for a lot of work, because bug reports get rejected.
