What are some of the best things about your team?friends who are nice and fun
What is the best part about your compensation package? It's fair and I'm appy
What do you like best about the leadership team?Open to ideas.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?New testers need way more guidance when they are first introduced to the platform. The two quizzes + the onboarding test are not enough to get one accustomed to the extremely high standard testers are held up to. Academy needs to have more information.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?They are really nice to me
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?I feel like Team Leaders are trained to spot any little mistake one makes in order to reject their bugs, but they do not offer guidance and constructive criticism or give testers any opportunity to fix their mistakes. This results in very low pay for a lot of work, because bug reports get rejected.
