Texas A&M Interviews Employee Reviews

What did you like most about the interview process?

lengthy interview allowed me to get to know cohorts before accepting the job

The two people i interviewed with made me feel like i having a conversation with them more than an interview. It made me feel alot more relaxed and felt more confident in my answers.

Review from Admin Dept

She was real nice and made me feel comfortable like i can trust her

Review from Customer Support Dept

Ease of the interview itself

I liked that the first thing I was told was my now current supervisor wanted it to be more of a conversation then an interview. I felt much more relaxed after that.

Review from Customer Support Dept

They were not hard to talk to and they always tried to help In case I got stuck

I liked that it was more than one person conducting the interview. Both interviewers had different questions and perspectives that kept me thinking during the interview.

Review from Customer Support Dept

Clear questions, clear statement of expectations and duties
