Mr. Brian T. Crutcher has been the Chief Operating Officer and Executive Vice President of Texas Instruments Incorporated since January 24, 2017. Previously, Mr. Crutcher served an Executive Vice President of Business Operations at Texas Instruments Inc. from June 19, 2014 to January 24, 2017. He served as Senior Vice President of Texas Instruments Inc. from September 20, 2010 to June 19, 2014 and served as its General Manager of Embedded Processing & Custom. Mr. Crutcher served as the Head of Analog Business at Texas Instruments Inc. since June 2012 until June 19, 2014. Mr. Crutcher led the strategy, product development and delivery of TI's fast-growing portfolio of Embedded Processing and Custom products. He served as a worldwide manager of the Embedded Processing and Custom businesses. Mr. Crutcher joined TI in 1995 and has held a number of positions in the TI's sales force, including vice president of the Americas. He served as Vice President and General Manager of the Microcontroller Products (MCU) business unit. He oversaw the development marketing, engineering and operations for microcontrollers used in a variety of applications, including ultra-low power consumer electronics, industrial automation equipment, portable medical devices, automotive applications and more. He has been a Director of Texas Instruments Incorporated since July 19, 2017. He earned a bachelor of science in electrical engineering from the University of Central Florida and a master's degree in business administration from the University of California, Irvine.
