What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Need more transparency across the board
Putting qualified people in place of the affirmative action agenda they seem to be following it is killing moral amongst all staffs.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
It is deferred and allows me to make my own choices for investment.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I would like bonuses or merit raises for those of us that are always there and work hard

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I guess it us just the different type of people that are employed that makes it hard sometimes but they are all pretty nice
they are all just putting in time and quality of work is lacking across most positions which brings everybody else who cares down to their level.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We get breaks and people are friendly mostly.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
again put qualified persons in positions of power and ecsion making
What did you like most about the interview process?
Quick and easy and I knew I got the job quickly

There is a strong, positive purpose and uplifting yet realistic atmosphere.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
the politics of an agenda that favors one gender our one race is disheartening for those of us who have done nothing wrong
