Executive Bio

Mr. Ee Soon-Kiong has been President of Textron China at Textron Inc. since March 2003. Mr. Soon-Kiong is responsible for helping Textron expand its presence in China. He is also responsible for running the Shanghai location which serves as a shared resource for the entire Textron enterprise. He manage Textron employees in China, work with businesses to formulate sales and marketing strategies, assist in recruiting personnel and share local knowledge and expertise. Prior to joining Textron in 1999 as Vice President of Textron Asia, a title he retains, Mr. Soon-Kiong worked at Emerson Electric Asia Pacific as Vice President of South Asia. He has also held sales and marketing positions at Digital Equipment Corp. and ABB Industrial and Building Systems. He holds an engineering degree from Ngee Ann Polytechnic in Singapore and an MBA from Bath University in the U.K.
