Everything I was told was all lies and I was taken every bit advantage they could. I was underpaid as well while people with no degree but had family members that are in a higher position get paid way more. I understand experience can get you somewhere. But having your boss be family? Sketchy

Since changed in management for the third time. It has completely changed my perspective of the overall company in a negative outlook.

Overall positive, but they don't like to compensate you for your work, especially if you're not the proverbial "higher up"

Treat your staff how you would like to be treated.

Stop stealing people's ideas and claiming them as your own.

Leadership needs to understand that those who work under you are human too. They also need to understand that not all of them are going to be perfect and that being a manager is about helping your team succeed.

Pay and stock are the best part of compensation

I was lead to believe to be apart of something great. Working on tasks to the best of my abilities then realizing they were just using me as much as possible.

They promise something and didn't move forward with what they promised.

I received a promotion to a lead position, but did not get a raise for it. Now that I've been in this position for some time now, I am still making the same as I was before I became a lead, but now I have a lot more responsibility and am performing managerial tasks.

Everyone is friendly and hardworking

Working together is better then working against one another.

Nothing was positive. There was always gossip about other departments and there was always a lot of fake friendly interactions.

People are friendly and say "Hi" when they see you. Most everyone gets along

The interview process was 'made to look important' It was average at best. If you really wanted to get the job, you basically have to fit in with the people that are the strong suiters of that circle.

Better training those who are taking a leadership role.
