Treat your staff how you would like to be treated.
Stop stealing people's ideas and claiming them as your own.
Leadership needs to understand that those who work under you are human too. They also need to understand that not all of them are going to be perfect and that being a manager is about helping your team succeed.
Pay and stock are the best part of compensation
I was lead to believe to be apart of something great. Working on tasks to the best of my abilities then realizing they were just using me as much as possible.

I received a promotion to a lead position, but did not get a raise for it. Now that I've been in this position for some time now, I am still making the same as I was before I became a lead, but now I have a lot more responsibility and am performing managerial tasks.

The interview process was 'made to look important' It was average at best. If you really wanted to get the job, you basically have to fit in with the people that are the strong suiters of that circle.
