My team makes an effort to balance work life by having flexibility with team members.
We all love the job and really work in a team and do so many peoples jobs with little fuss and very efficiently...
we all have the same goal. we work efficiently in anticipating bottle necks and are not afraid of venturing outside of our direct role to solve a problem.

What did you like most about the interview process?
The questions were clear and very easy to answer.
Relevant managers were present. Not just direct report
the personal chat and the time that was taken.

I am not sure about that.

The diversity within the company is very encouraging and satisfying to work for an excellent global geophysical company.
The data and the tasks
the opportunities to work with different business units on varying projects throughout the year. we also have a good degree on personal responsibility of improving workflows and implementing them.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Merge with Spectrum has not been great. A lot of employees are from that company and diluted the talent pool, and lowered standards and quality of results.
