THALES – benifits are good but very poor at developing people. HR is the worst I have ever experienced. Too top heavy in management. Very slow decision making (if it happenes at all), very risk adversed, disconnected senior management. Very disorganised and does not function as one company.

What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Understanding what the business is doing, recognise the need for good staff that can deliver and not hiring multiple managers while reducing actual "doers". They need to recognise development of staff and not just talk about it.
