What do you like best about the leadership team?
I like the input the leadership team asks for from everyone under them. You're really given a voice and just gain great insights from collaborating with everyone.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
I believe the comp is fair and the accelerators from exceeding quota have to be the best part. there are also nice spiffs sprinkled in ever so often.
