What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team fosters an environment where everyone is encouraged to advance in their careers.
They appreciate the employees and I feel like they really care about us.
Honest but sometimes quiet and coy
very accessible, thoughtful, exemplary leadership
The leadership team listens to the employees and makes positive changes based on their input. They handled COVID really well with lots of communication so everyone felt safe.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The middle management is biased w.r.to language, region and community. Everyone is not treated equally.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
benefits but the hybrid work schedule is great
Aerospace Corporation pays well and has great healthcare.

Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation comes out of the West Coast Office they don’t understand clearance vs. uncleared. compensation is not at industry standard for cleared employee

My team cares about the company's mission and each other.
Coworkers are knowledgeable and supportive.
Multiple disciplines work together for the good of the company or particular mission
Technical excellence, collaboration, and objectivity
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
put the egos away and become mission focused rather than free coffee focused.
Less knowledge on process and technical
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Folks talk with one another and genuinely care.
relaxed and adult collaborative work environment
Coworkers and management are encouraging and trusting.
Smart employees, supportive of each other, most are moving in the same direction
The work environment is matrix pulling in engineers and scientists and technicians as needed.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Quality of work and improvement in process. Taking things as important and delivery to the customer in a right way.
What did you like most about the interview process?
The managers were authentic, prepared, and punctual.

The camaraderie with my peers and management as well as the availability of various trainings.
having the freedom to have a different schedule every day
I get to work on fun new technology and have great coworkers who I could be friends with outside of work too.
