It was horrible pay for a lot of work. There was little to no concern for employees and you only get incentives if your reach these unattainable sales goals. It's a very toxic work environment, i often felt like there was a target in my back. Also, not a sustainable company at all.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Theres not really much to it.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Communication and concern for employees. 50% off on cheap shoes isnt enough to want to jeep working there, sorry.
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
There was al lot of unruliness. Vaping in the backstore, coming to work high and long breaks without concern for who's having to stay alone to attend to customers. Also, hanging out with firends while working.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Yes. But that's just wahtvit was like working there. Retail jobs are very stressful. Some days i had to work the entire floor alone during the weekends, there was barely any recognition for that. Also, they only care what store look like whrn the head office announces its going to visit.
