What do you like best about the leadership team?
Everyone on our leadership team listens to what I have to offer even though they may disagree. That is the best a person can ask.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
The bonus helps a lot with how much we work.
The bonus program ties directly to mynperformance.
We have an SIP program that is fair, obtainable and rewards us for outstanding results. The company shares with all employees when things go well.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Pay. And bonus . Terrible
What are some of the best things about your team?
We work together and know eachother better than anywhere else I've worked.
Fun to work with. Share the load of work.
Everyone is honest and willing to share, even if it's not always positive. Solving problems is how we grow.

Interacting with my coworkers and speaking with customers.
When a deal comes together and I know that I was a part of that. That is rewarding deep inside.
