Mr. James Joseph McEntee III, Jr.,also known as Jay, has been the President and Chief Financial Officer at FinTech Acquisition Corp. II since May 2015. Mr. McEntee served as Chief Financial Officer and Chief Operating Officer of Fintech Acquisition Corp. since August 2014. Mr. McEntee served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the Board of Around Campus, Inc. He served as President of Cohen & Company Inc. from October 6, 2006 to December 2009 and Chief Executive Officer from October 6, 2006 to February 2009. He served as the Managing Principal of StBWell, LLC, an owner and operator of real estate, since June 2010. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Cohen & Company Inc. He served as Managing Director of IFMI. He served as an Executive Director of Alesco Financial Inc. from October 6, 2006 to December 2009. He was the Vice-Chairman and Co-Chief Operating Officer of JVB Financial until October 2013. He served as Chief Operating Officer of Cohen Bros. & Company (Cohen & Company) since 2003. He serves as Chairman of the Board of Around Campus, Inc. He has served as Chairman of The Chester Fund since July 2012. Mr. McEntee served as Vice Chairman and Trustee of Taberna Realty Finance Trust since March 2005. He has been an Independent Director of The BanCorp, Inc. and BanCorp Bank since September 2000. He has been a Director at Cohen & Company Inc. since December 21, 2015. He serves as Director at foodpantries.com. Mr. McEntee has been Director of Cohen & Company Inc. since December 2009. Mr. McEntee serves as Director of Spectrum Foods Inc., Pegasus Media & Communications Inc. and Culbertson Enterprises Incorporated. He has been a Director of T-Rex Group, Inc. since November 2014.
